We have a 15-day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your home decor product to request a exchange.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damaged items need to be reported within 5 days of receipt. Once your request has been received, our customer care team will reach out to you within 1 business day.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
