Shipping And Delivery
Free Shipping on all orders $100 and above
Flat Rate $12.95 on below $100
- Orders placed through our website usually ship within 3-5 business days Mon to Fri.
- We deliver your order straight to your address via FedEx, USPS, & UPS. According to your location, transit time can be between 10 to 14 days.
International
Free Shipping on all Orders $100 and above
Flat Rate $10.95 on below $100
International Shipping
We support international shipping but we are only shipping to a few select locations:
United States, United Kingdom(UK), and Australia. We are slowly adding new international locations. Please contact us for any questions and be patient to get your orders shipped.
Tax
All orders sent to customers are exempt from additional duties and taxes from our end. It may be charge import duty upon some product.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us at info@itsdecorszn.com, if you decide to cancel the order. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have already been shipped.
CHANGE ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER:
If you would like to change your address, you will need to contact us at info@itsdecorszn.com, and update us with the new delivery address. After the order is shipped, we will no longer be able to change the shipping address.
DAMAGED OR MISSING PACKAGES:
Please check all items thoroughly after receiving them. Sometimes your items may be damaged in transit. When this happens, we just need you to send an email and damage photos within 5 days of the shipping date. Any damaged or missing items reported after 5 days will not be refunded. Please do not discard any packaging or product until all shipping issues have been resolved. Email us at info@itsdecorszn.com, so that we can work with you to resolve the issue.
